Alano is a family-run clothing store in downtown Wakefield. Started by Joseph and Rose Palano in 1970, Alano spread to several locations in New England. We have been in Wakefield since 1978 and in our current location since 1991. The Wakefield location is now run by Joseph and Rose's son, Jack Palano. We sell a wide variety of women's, men's and children's clothing. Common children's clothing lines include OshKosh, Carters, and Lee. Common women's lines include Karen Hart, Ruby Road, and Kensie.
